Johanna Monon focuses on corporate and business law, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. She has experience advising startups and established companies alike, guiding clients through entity formation, financing, and complex transactions, as well as representing businesses in commercial disputes.
Johanna earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine School of Law, where she also received a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute. She later completed a Certificate in International and Strategic Relations at the French Institute for International and Strategic Affairs in Paris.
Dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals, Johanna takes pride in being part of putting deals together—whether supporting business owners as they grow their companies or helping them exit on their own terms.
Outside of work, Johanna enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines as a dedicated foodie, and spending time with her dog.
