Andy Trimble

Andy Trimble focuses on corporate and business law, with particular expertise in startup entity formation and structuring, early-stage financing, mergers and acquisitions, and complex corporate transactions and governance. Andy provides practical, solution-oriented advice that helps entrepreneurs and business owners navigate growth, financing, acquisitions, and day-to-day corporate matters. Andy takes pride in being part of putting deals together—whether supporting companies as they scale or guiding owners through strategic transactions and exits.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys wakeboarding, foiling, and teaching watersports on Lake Austin. Originally from Newport Beach, California, he now lives in Austin, Texas, where he also pursues his passion for aviation as a private pilot in training and contributes to local conservation efforts as a board member of the Colorado River Alliance.
