Jonathan Shkedy is an associate at Petersen Landis whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. Originally from San Diego, Jonathan earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Cape Town in South Africa and his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law before returning home.
When he isn’t at work, Jonathan enjoys playing bullet chess and volunteering to support individuals with special needs.
